Every item at Craft Customs by Maro is handmade in Australia, and many are personalised just for you.

Personalised items

Because custom and personalised items are made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, we'll fix it with a replacement or refund.

Non-personalised items

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or faulty orders

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out quickly.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
