Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

For damaged or faulty orders, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
